On December 12, 2023 awards were presented to filmmakers for their significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian cinema, achievements in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and many years of conscientious work.

The awards were granted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 566/2023 dated September 8, 2023 «On awarding state awards of Ukraine on the occasion of the Ukrainian Film Day».
