The distribution of the Ukrainian cartoon «Mavka» in Slovenia has begun!

Watch how Mavka speaks Slovenian and comes to the cinema.

«Mavka. The Forest Song» is based on Lesya Ukrainka's «The Forest Song» and adapted to the family animation genre.

The cartoon is also based on images from Slavic myths and legends.

The animated film was created with the support of the Ukrainian State Film Agency and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
